विभीषण 

घर का भेदी लंका ढाए अर्थात विभीषण ?? क्या विभीषण सच में इस अनादर का पात्र है यह बात समझने एवं जानने योग्य है | विभीषण को कुलद्रोही और आस्तीन का साँप कहना कहाँ तक उचित है | विभीषण तो प्रभु भक्त था तो भी जगत में उसका अनादर क्यूँ ?

Piercing the house in Lanka ie Vibhishan ?? Is Vibhishan really worthy of this disrespect, it is worth understanding and knowing. To what extent is it appropriate to call Vibhishan as a pillar and sleeve snake? Vibhishan was a devotee even if he was disrespected in the world.

रामायण में विभीषण राक्षस कुल में जन्म लेने के बाद भी राम भक्त थे। राक्षस रावण के छोटे भाई विभीषण बचपन से ही नारायण भक्त थे, जब तीनों भाइयों रावण, कुंभकरण और विभीषण ने ब्रह्मा जी की तपस्या की तो विभीषण ने उनसे भक्ति का आशीर्वाद मांगा। रावण के सानिध्य  में रहने के बाद भी उन्होंने अपनी भक्ति नहीं छोड़ी।विभीषण राक्षस होते हुए भी प्रभु की भक्ति में लीन रहते थे | तपस्या में जहाँ बाकि भाइयों ने शक्तियाँ मांगी विभीषण ने प्रभु भक्ति माँगी , इसलिए ही उन्हे प्रभु भक्ति का फल मिला और श्री राम प्रभु ने बिना मांगे एक क्षण में उन्हें लंका का राजा बना दिया|  

Rama was a devotee even after being born in the Vibhishana demon clan in Ramayana. Vibhishan, the younger brother of the demon Ravana, was a Narayan devotee since childhood, when all the three brothers Ravana, Kumbhakaran and Vibhishana did penance to Brahma Ji, Vibhishana sought blessings of devotion from him. Even after being in the company of Ravana, he did not give up his devotion. Despite being a demon, he used to indulge in devotion to the Lord. In austerities where the remaining brothers asked for powers, Vibhishana asked for devotion to God, that is why he got the fruits of Bhakti and Shri Ram Prabhu made him king of Lanka in an instant without asking.

 

रावण ने जब सीता जी का हरण किया, तब विभीषण ने परायी स्त्री के हरण को महापाप बताते हुए सीता जी को श्री राम को लौटा देने की उसे सलाह दी। किन्तु रावण ने उस पर कोई ध्यान न दिया। श्री हनुमान जी सीता की खोज करते हुए लंका में आये। उन्होंने श्री रामनाम से अंकित विभीषण का घर देखा। घर के चारों ओर तुलसी के वृक्ष लगे हुए थे। सूर्योदय के पूर्व का समय था, उसी समय श्री राम-नाम का स्मरण करते हुए विभीषण जी की निद्रा भंग हुईं। राक्षसों के नगर में श्री रामभक्त को देखकर हनुमान जी को आश्चर्य हुआ। दो रामभक्तों का परस्पर मिलन हुआ। श्री हनुमान जी का दर्शन करके विभीषण भाव विभोर हो गये। उन्हें ऐसा प्रतीत हुआ कि श्री रामदूत के रूप में श्री राम ने ही उनको दर्शन देकर कृतार्थ किया है। श्री हनुमान जी ने उनसे पता पूछकर अशोक वाटिका में माता सीता का दर्शन देकर कृतार्थ किया है। श्री हनुमान जी ने उनसे पता पूछकर अशोकवाटिका में माता सीता का दर्शन किया। अशोकवाटिका विध्वंस और अक्षयकुमार के वध के अपराध में रावण हनुमान जी को प्राणदण्ड देना चाहता था। उस समय विभीषण ने ही उसे दूत को अवध्य बताकर हनुमान जी को कोई और दण्ड देने की सलाह दी। रावण ने हनुमान जी की पूँछ में आग लगाने की आज्ञा दी और अशोक वाटिका तथा विभीषण के मन्दिर समान घर को छोड़कर सम्पूर्ण लंका जलकर राख हो गयी। भगवान श्री राम ने लंका पर चढ़ाई कर दी। विभीषण ने पुन: सीता को वापस करके युद्ध की विभीषिका को रोकने की रावण से प्रार्थना की। इस पर रावण ने इन्हें लात मारकर निकाल दिया। सभी राजदरबारी तथा मेघनाद हसने लगे तब विभीषण बोले की ये तुम नहीं तुम्हारा काल तुम्हारे सर पर चढ़ के हँस रहा है | अपनी माता कैकसी से परामर्श करने के पश्चात ये श्री राम के शरणागत हुए। श्री राम ने पहली ही भेंट में उन्हें लंकापति कहकर पुकारा तो वह आश्चर्य चकित रह गए | प्रभु ने अपने भक्त को पहली नज़र में पहचाना तथा भक्त ने भी जाना की वह कितने कृपालु हैं | विभीषण ने अगर ऐसे दयालु स्वामी के लिए भातृद्रोह किया तो उसमे गलत क्या है | रावण ने तो लात मारकर खुद ही अपने भाई को निकाला फिर तो पहला दोष रावण का ही है | रावण ही क्या उसके भतीजे इंद्रजीत ने भी कभी अपने चाचा का सम्मान नहीं किया तथा लंका में सबने उसका तिरस्कार ही किया | ऐसे में अगर वह अधर्म को त्याग कर धर्म का साथ ना देता तो क्या करता |

एक सच्चा भक्त कब तक अपने प्रभु तथा उनकी भार्या सीता जी का अपमान सहता क्यूंकि विभीषण जैसे धर्मात्मा को तो भक्ति के सिवा कुछ आता ही नहीं था | एक राम भक्त का अपमान हमारे प्रभु का ही अपमान है लेकिन बहुत लोग अज्ञानवश ऐसा करते रहे हैं | 

When Ravana killed Sita, Vibhishan advised Sita to return Sita to Sri Rama, calling the alien woman's haranas a great sin. But Ravana paid no attention to him. Sri Hanuman ji came to Lanka searching for Sita. He saw the house of Vibhishana inscribed with Sri Ramnam. Tulsi trees were planted around the house. It was time before sunrise, at the same time Vibhishan ji's sleep was disturbed while remembering Shri Ram's name. Hanuman ji was surprised to see Shree Rambhakta in the city of demons. The two Rambhaktas got together. Vibhishan Bhav became enamored by seeing Shri Hanuman ji. It seemed to him that Shri Rama as Shri Ramdoot has shown his gratitude by giving him darshan. Shri Hanuman ji asked for his address and gave his gratitude by giving darshan of Mata Sita in Ashoka Vatika. Shri Hanuman Ji asked her address and saw Mata Sita in Ashokwatika. Ravana wanted to kill Hanuman ji in the crime of Ashokwatika demolition and the murder of Akshaykumar. At that time, Vibhishan advised him to punish Hanuman ji by telling him the messenger was impracticable. Ravana ordered Hanuman ji to set fire to the tail and the whole of Lanka became ashes by leaving the house like Ashoka Vatika and Vibhishan's temple. Lord Sri Rama marched on Lanka. Vibhishana again returned to Sita and prayed to Ravana to stop the catastrophe of the war. On this Ravana kicked them out. When all the courtiers and Meghnad started laughing, Vibhishan said that it is not you but your time is laughing by climbing on your head. After consulting with his mother Kaikasi, he took refuge in Shri Ram. Shri Rama called him as a Lankapati on the very first meeting, and he was surprised. God recognized his devotee at first sight and the devotee also knew how kind he is. If Vibhishan has committed treason to such a merciful master, what is wrong with him? Ravana kicked and pulled out his brother on his own, and then the first blame is for Ravana. Did Ravana not even his nephew Indrajit ever respect his uncle and everyone in Lanka despised him. In such a situation, what would he do if he did not renounce iniquity and support religion?
How long did a true devotee bear the insult of his lord and his gentleman Sita ji, because a god like Vibhishan did not know anything except devotion. Insulting a Ram devotee is an insult to our Lord, but many people have been doing this in ignorance

 

अनेक प्रकार से समय समय पर प्रभु राम की सहायता की तथा अपने अर्जित  भक्ति के वरदान के अनुरूप ही कार्य किये |विभीषण की पत्नी गन्धर्व कन्या सरमा थी और पुत्री का नाम त्रिजटा था | त्रिजटा अशोक वाटिका में मुख्य पद पर थी तथा अपने पिता की तरह राम भक्त थी | अशोक वाटिका में देवी सीता को कभी भी त्रिजटा ने हतोत्साहित नहीं होने दिया |  विभीषण का एक गुप्तचर था, जिसका नाम 'अनल' था। उसने पक्षी का रूप धारण कर लंका जाकर रावण की रक्षा व्यवस्था तथा सैन्य शक्ति का पता लगाया और इसकी सूचना भगवान श्रीराम को दी थी। विभीषण के गुप्तचरों ने ही इंद्रजीत के यज्ञ के बारे में राम-लक्ष्मण को अवगत कराया | लक्ष्मण विभीषण की अगुवाई में ही मेघनाद का वध कर सके | राम -रावण युद्ध के समय भी जब रावण के सर बार बार कट के फिर जुड़ जाने लगे तब विभीषण ने ही भगवान् राम को रावण की नाभि में अग्नि बाण मारने को कहा ताकि उसकी नाभि में मौजूद अमृत कुंड सूख जाए | रावण सपरिवार मारा गया। भगवान श्री राम ने विभीषण को लंका का नरेश बनाया और विभीषण भी भगवान् राम के साथ पुष्पक विमान में बैठ कर अयोध्या आए | भगवान् राम के राजतिलक में वह भी शामिल हुए | विभीषण जैसा निर्भीक राम भक्त और कौन होगा जो लंका में रहते हुए भी नारायण जाप में लगे रहते थे | रावण के दरबार में भी सत्य कहने से नहीं चुके यह तो रावण का अभिमान ही था जो उसे ले डूबा विभीषण तो एक निमित्त मात्र है | विभीषण ने वही किया जो एक भक्त को करना चाहिए था उसने पूर्ण समर्पण से भगवान् राम का साथ दिया | 

 In many ways, he helped Lord Rama from time to time and acted according to his gift of devotion. Vibhishan's wife Gandharva was the daughter of Sarma and daughter's name was Trijata. Trijata was in the main position in Ashoka Vatika and Ram was a devotee like her father. In the Ashoka Vatika, the Goddess Sita was never discouraged by the Trijata. Vibhishan had a detective named 'Anal'. Taking the form of a bird, he went to Lanka and discovered Ravana's defense system and military power and gave information to Lord Shri Ram. Vibhishan's spies informed Rama-Laxman about Indrajit's yajna. Lakshman was able to kill Meghnad under the leadership of Vibhishan. Even during the Rama-Ravana war, when Ravana's head started to be re-inserted again and again, Vibhishan asked Lord Rama to fire fire arrows in Ravana's navel so that the nectar pool in his navel would dry up. Ravana's family was killed. Lord Sri Rama made Vibhishan the king of Lanka and Vibhishan also came to Ayodhya with Lord Rama in a Pushpak plane. He also joined the coronation of Lord Rama. Who else would be a fearless Rama devotee like Vibhishan, who, while living in Lanka, used to be engaged in chanting Narayana. Even in the court of Ravana, who had not told the truth, it was Ravan's pride that took him away and Vibhishan is just an instrument. Vibhishan did what a devotee should have done, he supported Lord Rama with complete dedication.
